Care Coordination
Every person in need deserves high-quality, high-value care.
We, at Volunteers of America North Louisiana, want to give individuals the ability to have a better quality of living by providing a wide range of social services, health education, and community resources.
Care Coordination bridges how we provide services through case management and service coordination to our clients — bringing our programs together to share and coordinate how to support and empower those who need us the most.
Choice Neighborhood Initiative is a collaborative effort to revitalize the Allendale, Ledbetter Heights and West Edge Neighborhoods and create a safe, thriving and mixed-income community.
Volunteers of America is the lead agency for all supportive services.
