Regional Vice President Hired to Lead Central Louisiana Services
Volunteers of America North Louisiana is pleased to announce the hiring of Joshua Blackwell, Regional Vice President of Central Louisiana Services.
Joshua Blackwell grew up in Alexandria, Louisiana and recently moved back from Colorado, bringing many years of experience in nonprofit management and program development. He said, “As I began to familiarize myself with Volunteers of America, what immediately stood out to me was the fact that each of our programs service clients with ministry at heart. Every individual we serve knows we’re all about serving God as we serve others.”
Joshua is a graduate of Ouachita Baptist University and received a Master of Divinity from the New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. Chuck Meehan, President and CEO, said, “ We are very fortunate that Joshua chose to join our ministry of services and we look forward to strengthening our relationships in Central Louisiana as we continue to serve those most in need.
