Level Up: Youth Permanent Supportive Housing

Level Up is an approach that emphasizes moving homeless youth ages 18-24 into permanent supportive housing quickly, while addressing current needs and past trauma experienced. Case managers provide home based stabilization that leads to housing retention and independence.

The Level Up Program aims to provide homeless youth with a step-by-step process that leads the individual from dependency to self-sufficiency in a manner that fosters a sense of competence, a sense of usefulness, a sense of belonging and a sense of power utilizing a trauma informed approach that adheres to our core values which are safety, trust, choice, collaboration, and empowerment.
