Current Openings:

Clinical Supervisor (Shreveport) – We are seeking candidates for a Clinical Supervisor position for the Adult Behavioral Health Program located in Shreveport.  Primary responsibilities include: providing clinical supervision to direct service staff; observing, monitoring and supporting program staff in assessment of consumer needs and provision of direct services; conducting assessments; conducting periodic case reviews, progress summaries and evaluating documentation; meeting with staff face-to-face weekly to discuss caseload; and monitoring and managing the delivery of clinical services, ensuring that service delivery is provided in accordance with program philosophy and guidelines. 

Requirements include: a Master’s Degree in social service field and a License to practice independently; knowledge of mental health rehabilitation preferred; and experience working with individuals with mental health concerns and/or ability to learn strengths and functional limitations.
