Current openings:

Residential Trainer (Shreveport, Louisiana) – We have a part-time Residential Trainer position open.  Candidates must be willing to work evenings/nights and weekend shifts.  Residential Trainers ensure the safety and wellbeing of individuals who reside in a residential setting.  Primary responsibilities include providing training to residents; transporting residents to appointments; planning and conducting structured activities; and coordinating with the resident’s Case Manager concerning resident’s progress, including appropriate changes to the service plan.  Requirements include a high school diploma or GED; prior work experience in a program that serves persons with disabilities preferred; and CMA certification preferred.

Child & Adolescent Mental Health Professional (Caddo, Desoto or Bossier Parish, Louisiana) – We are seeking to fill full-time Mental Health Professional positions working in Bossier, Caddo or Desoto Parish.  Ten-month and twelve-month positions are available.  Primary responsibilities include providing supportive counseling, individual intervention, parent/family intervention and crisis intervention for school aged children with mental health and/or behavioral issues.  Additional duties include collecting data for the initial assessment; conducting face-to-face interviews with the recipient and their family, which shall include school and home visits; providing crises intervention support as needed; and ensuring all records are accurately maintained and all invoicing is submitted in a timely manner.  Minimum requirements include a master’s degree in counseling or a related field; and full licensure in the State of Louisiana, or individuals in supervision for their license.
