Clinical Director – Adult Behavioral Health (Shreveport) – Resumes are now being accepted for the Clinical Director position for our Adult Behavioral Health program. Primary responsibilities include providing direct clinical and administrative supervision; conducting assessments; coordinating clinical staff meetings and trainings; creating/adhering to financial budgets; performing routine quality checks of documentation for compliance; supporting and providing oversight; providing individual and group therapy when needed and appropriate; and ability to collaborate with multiple programs. Minimum requirements include a Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or a related field; and full professional licensure in the State of Louisiana. Two years or more of supervisory experience preferred, but not required.

Driver (Shreveport area) – We are currently accepting applications or resumes for Drivers. These are part-time positions working a split shift from 6:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday – Friday. The primary responsibility of this position is to transport adult clients to and from our program site. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, a valid Chauffer’s license or Commercial Driver’s License (CDL), a good driving record, and a clear criminal background check.
