Current Openings:

 

Mental Health Professional (Shreveport area) – We are seeking qualified candidates for a full time Mental Health Professional position for our Adult Behavioral Health Outpatient Treatment Program.  Primary responsibilities include providing community-based CPST/PSR services, individual intervention, crisis intervention, and facilitating a variety of groups to address the needs of our consumers; conducting initial assessments and re-assessments; administering and scoring LOCUS for adults as needed; maintaining consumer records, sign-out sheets, incident reports, service logs and progress notes, and timely billing entries; developing curriculum and providing staff trainings; and performing quality assurance functions as needed. 

Requirements include a Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling or Psychology.  Additional qualifications preferred, but not required, include a Board Certified Social Worker, or a Licensed Professional Counselor who is licensed under the provision of R.S. 37:1101-1115, or a candidate pursuing licensure or one whom has received provisional licensure.
