Residential Trainers (Shreveport area) – We are seeking candidates for part-time and relief Residential Trainer positions. Candidates must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Residential Trainers ensure the safety and well being of individuals who reside in a residential setting. Primary responsibilities include providing training to residents; transporting residents to appointments; planning and conducting structured activities; and coordinating with the resident’s Case manager concerning resident’s progress, including appropriate change to the service plan. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED; prior work experience in a program that serves persons with intellectual disabilities preferred; CMA certification preferred; and current certification in CPR/First Aid.

Property Manager (Ruston, LA) – We are currently seeking applicants for a part time Property Manager position at Independence Meadows in Ruston, LA. This property is a small, HUD Assisted facility. The position is primarily responsible for the day-to-day activities of property management, including processing rental applications, certifications and re-certifications, verifying eligibility requirements, preparing leasing documents, collecting rents, and maintaining resident files in accordance with HUD regulatory requirements. Property Management experience is required.
